seems like an improvement over regular bimax

however few results published from males available

how much mm widening is needed usually?

Inverted L osteotomy would lower the ramus, don't have any info on what problems it cause overtime or the risk.

His ramus was widened wich is good, many of people actually need their ramus widened beforehand for optimal result with gonion implant.

I think it depends though on how much widening is possible, from what i head 5 mm's is not to minimum, you can go further.

my ramus is decent and I need this surgery becausse my jaw look narrow from front + I'm obviously very downgrown

Does Ramieri charges more to do that or it is included in the qote when you pay for custom plates ?

I think that will be additional since you'll have to pay for the guides/plates, but it will be included with the bimax, you'll just have to pay for the guides/plates.

Your base is good compared to others, you'll benefit a lot aesthetically.

Around 15k i would guess.

I've heard Ramieri charges 21k for bimax + genio with guides and ramus widening but I will ask him next month in consultation

I'm starting ortho next week and will have to wait 1 year of braces

I think 2 years of bonesmashing definitely helped me to gain bonemass in browridge , ramus and gonion , chin and cheekbones

stopped in 2023 but I'm pretty sure it made my bones larger though it damaged my skin and I only gain a few mm of bones at most

I will do a complete thread of my ascension in 2026
