Random irritation around mouth while using tinted sunscreen daily

been using tinted sunscreen (Cerave 30 spf sheer tint) everyday for about 2 weeks now and just recently I am starting to get random irritation and puffiness in the same spots around my mouth, has anyone had this issue?

note: started using hydrocortisone on the areas today and now its less red although the puffiness is still there

I've never had this issue. Are you putting it on the corners of your mouth or something?

No, the inflammation is mainly about a quarter inch to the left of my lips.
