Random pimples suddenly appearing

Last week i practically had no acne but within the span of a week, i’ve counted 8 pimples and it’s not like an actual breakout it’s just these random pimples on my face. I haven’t changed anything about my diet or had anything significant happen to me. The only possibility I could think of is stress about exams this past week but idk if that would make me randomly get this many pimples. Is this just hormones and will it go away soon or do I have to start taking accutane.

Bursts of acne are alright, just don't stress at all, stay calm, eat well and understand it's most likely hormones acting up/fluctuating

its just hormones. you could try tret first before hopping on accutane. accutane fucks your liver up

The replies above are valid but you could also try tracking what you eat to see if something triggers it. Happens to a lot of people without them realising because they think a certain food is just "their usual diet".
