This is rougly the levels of POSITIVE states you can be in socially, in ascending order.
-Clear headed.
You're not in your head. Or atleast you're head/thoughts are not primarily operating you. You're in the moment
-Feeling good when clear headed.
Not only are you out of your head, but you're starting to feel the natural endorphins of being present, being around people and being 'one of those people who are out'.
-Being outside of yourself while clear headed.
This is when you have switched to 'the doer', the actor ie in acting mode. Your focus and energy has moved below your head into your body. You are just in natural action, you are coming into being your true self, your best self.
You can be looking the same as in the first state, but you will start to get more IOIs.
Eg right now I am in a mall sitting down yet 2 chicks have been hovering around me. One MENA Milf, one dumpy ass white girl. I.am sort of in this state now.
-Charged with intent while being clear headed- you're coming into your will and making the play.
This is when your physical intent is absolutely at the forefront. You are aggressively enforcing yourself on the environment, you are the predator.
I used to be a master of this during nightgame.
These levels aresomething that can only be practiced WHEN OUT SOCIALLY. You cannot get this by intellectualising or even by 'being chadlite'
I have absolutely no practice at this because I've barely socialized the past decade, but I used to be naturally very good at this.
This is not an essay as I do not have the authority to write properly about this. Maybe if I practice every day for 6 months I could be a non-shit level
Point I'm getting across is this is how you get out of social retardation, by practicing being in better state.
Also if you ever get into a bad state when out...ie feeling insecure, feeling mogged etc...start at the beginning...aim to get back to the clear headed state again. Don't try and desperately reach for external validation to get you back in state.. it will only send you further crashing down.
