1st guy is the better looking guy, but only a lil bit than the 3rd guy
1st guy needs to shave and use hydrocortisone on his nose
2nd guy needs to remove the glasses and get contacts instead and also needs hydrocortisone
3rd guy needs a goatee or some sort of facial a hair and hydrocortisone as well

i cant give in depth step by step shit cus its 3 people not 1 person
