Definition: Facts, information, and skills acquired through experience or education; the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject.

I have a certificate in electrical installation. I cannot agree that 80 percent of my scientific and mathematical knowledge is from birth. That just does not make sense by definition of knowledge.
