Ranking heightmaxing methods based on my or other’s experience.

The reason why Im putting genetics that low is that you cant do shit about that, you dont choose your parents and genetics play the most important role. The only way it is to wait for genetics to do its magic on this method.

Stretching
Stretching is one of the most famous cope in the normies, they will stand up to you and talk to you as if hanging on bar makes you 6’5. This works but only temporarily, you wake up hang on the bar, stretch your spine, make water move in your spine, grow 3 cm if you even can and Bump, you are the same height, hate those people who write their height to stretching and pull up bar, nigga your parents are both 6’3 ofc you will be tall too jfl.

Height boosters/shoe lifts
Almost the same as stretching, but this gives you guaranteed height for specific time, just use this to slay in parties where noone knows you. Supplements can sometimes play a role, but body just cant digest that shits without helping products, you will need too much money for it to work, so just go buy some good food and raw milk or even roids?

Maasai Jumps
People may say that this shits work and giving maasai tribes high height for argument and then adding to use some weights on legs to promote length growth. Do you think this tribe uses weights on their legs to grow taller? Also there are another reasons:
1-It’s hard to do 15 minutes of jumping 3 times a week
2-Even if you do results may come, but really slowly.
Someone may even give example of Devon Larrats arm video, but he has been in armwrestling for about 20 years and just 3-4 cm growth? U kidding me?
Wolffs law is also true but using it by jumping is gonna be really hard.
In short this shit works but slowly, so slowly that you can call it a cope.

This may be one of the easiest if you have money, and ranking it as 7 cuz I would use this as the last way where I can change nothing. Not my style but really works if you are young, use it if you see no other way.

Grab raw milk, take enoght protein, increase hormone regulation and you will be ok and most likely reach your genetic potential that most likely wont be so dramatic to worry about. Also intermittent fasting.

I personally love this shit, enjoying doing it, feeling great while doing it, would recommend it, studies fill the ass of this shit by all good, saying that it will increase HGH up to 771% as well as testosterone. Do this shirtless, in the hot sun, 8 reps each to be 20-30 secs and 90 sec rest, if you feel like you cant, decrease reps because you don’t to overtrain. Do this while fasting and not eating and you will also see that you will debloat.

Optimize your sleep, sleep at least 8 hours to produce that hgh or you wont grow ofc, sleep is literally one of the most important and nothing can be without it, go and sleep if you want to sleep. Have arranged sleep routine where you sleep at the same time and wake up roughly the same time.
