Mewing: 10/10 ; no downsides, automated and constantly active. may the Mews be blessed

Shirtclenching: 9/10 ; widens gonions and zygos, results come much faster than mewing. less natural to do, and can hurt teeth.

Weightpulling: 8/10 ; started it only 4 weeks ago. but it feels very effective, it has loosened my sutures already. downside is its very tiring to do if u use heavy weight like i do (60 lbs), and my incisors got wobbly, pray they dont fall out.

Beltpulling: 7/10 ; ive tried it and its a lot of pressure. but i dont believe midface shortening is so plausible. its easier to lengthen a bone thru sutural expansion (such as with weightpulling forward growth) than it is to compress a bone. could give upswing. but in my experience its very inconvenient, i have to go outside and hang a belt on a tree.

Thumbpulling: 6/10 ; doesnt have the downsides of weightpulling and shirtclenching as the teeth are not involved. so its fairly safe. only the thumbs will be damaged, which is a limit to how much u can do it. lower rating because i dont think its as practically effective; u have to do it a lot but as i said that will hurt thumbs

Bonesmashing: 5/10; it works, but results will be underwhelming after swelling is gone. also ages ur skin. gives headache. but has potential, im trying a new paradigm for bonesmashing, that is much less harmful and in theory more effective.

Chewing: 4/10 ; classic looksmax method, but shirtclenching is much more practical. even mastic gum is way too soft. dont expect serious results from chewing unless u literally chewed soft foods entire life and ur now just starting chewing. after a few months switch to shirtclenching.

Towelpulling: 4/10 ; not necessarily bad, but weightpulling makes it redundant. weightpulling is simply more effective. towellpulling will fatigue ur arms, and weights can pull much more efficiently.

Ice cube Cryolipolysis: 1/10 ; tried it for literally 5 hours and didnt work, my fat cells regenerated. still has potential if u can figure out how to get it to work, but it wont be easy. very risky too i got skin necrosis.

Eyelidpulling: NEGATIVE 10 ; fucked up my eyelids to this day, i did it like 3 years ago. no eyelid pulling for ur recessed bones.

Stomping for microfractures: NEGATIVE 10 ; permanently ripped a connective tissue in my leg, now my left leg is like this probably forever. retarded theory. u wont stomp ur way to tall.

yes my life purpose is to reproduce. ascension is a prerequisite. so ascend whatever it takes. i learn about all these looksmax methods cuz i tried them. cant truly learn by purely speculating on it. scientific method involves testing. so those who say this is "psuedoscience" are the psuedoscientists by making claims without testing them.

Send me your face, I am not sure if you need all that. Best way to ascend is not through all that, but through the way you think of yourself and the world around you. That's the truth I've come to after years of trying what you are trying right now

did you pull on the outer corners? thats usually why people have bad experiences with eyelid pulling, you only pull on the inner and middle

yes. ounding correct =/= being correct. everything i said was from experience. probably will be unconvincing to most but idc, id rather say the truth and no one understands it than say a lie for people to believe.

clench on rolled up shirt, try it and u will see

i pulled on inner jfl. never do it. gave me triple eyelid crease.

Everyone else will lose their hair and norwood, become fat ect meanwhile i will do the exact opposite. You will be an outlier if you get on top of that shit now and you will succeed even more because the average would then be so far below you. Looksmax is also about preserving and maintaining your looks.

okay well i know it works cuz i got results. u dont have to believe me. but dont say cope unless u tried extensively and got no results.

surgery is cucked. should be last resort imo. u have to slaverymax and then pay some joo to cut open ur skull while u unconscious. they make u recessed for reason, helps surgeons get money

No im injecting hormones and have a perfect diet and Im just waiting till im old enough for surgeries. I have enough money for some surgeries now. no coping right here

It’s understandable since many are young here. But after 18, there’s really only so much that’s going to happen. Their facial bones will not change, and they’ll lose their youthful fat pads which will make them look more angular and defined. They can focus on their building a physique being lean etc, but maintaining skin and hair is all about avoiding androgens.

Yeah. Well in RUs case it’s experimental but IIRC they didn’t stop trials because it was unsafe. It was due to other reasons.

Anyone think that’s hollywood or anyone whose income relies on their looks, isn’t abusing all sorts of to maintain their looks and boil it down to muh genetic is massively coping and low iq. They ain’t special.

i have it because my maxilla is flat as hell
yes but gonna take many years of dedication. my nose got slightly less droopy after 3 years, but it was never that droopy in the first place.
