Here is a list of some cope's i did thinking they will ascend me
but actually had some small effects
1. Squinting for "hunter eyes"
The first ever cope i did back in 2023 when i first discovered looksmaxxing, thought i would be able to fix UEE by doing some eyebrows up and eyes up and then push them down
. While ofc the brow ridge couldn't be changed my eyebrows did become a little bit lower set over time so i guess it was somewhat successful
2. Sleeping on the back for symmetrical face
Once again i thought that by sleeping on my back would fix my bone structure asymmetry's
, another great cope method i did for several months during 2024 and 2025, while ofc my assymetry remained my skin quality and health, and sleep did improve beacuse i stopped just sleeping on my right side so it did technically work on my skin and a lil bit on my posture symmetry beacuse i stopped pressuring my right side constantly 
3. Chin tucks and neck curls for jawline
I was so committed to doing this beacuse i thought it actually did make huge changes to my jawline in mid to late 2025 (turns out i just had good mandibular projection and high hyoid bone placement confirmed by my orthodontist and later dentist too with X-rays
), while it didn't actually change anything significant it did strengthen my neck muscles so would still definitely recommend it as its a great way to exercise your neck
4. Stretching to increase my height
As someone who was on HGH therapy and know i cant grow anymore as my pediatric and endocrinologist docs confirmed my growth plates fully closed at 17, its actually sad but also hilarious that i thought i could still grow more doing this
did this for a short period of time during summer of 2025 but i found out it was cope rather quickly beacuse of other people that knew more about it than me at the time, while ofc it didn't make me taller it helped my posture and muscles to improve a bit so it was still a useful thing 
If u were to ask me today personally these methods are somewhat useful just not in a way they are described to, and ofc they can't do nowhere near as much as people say but they can still be decent to use if u have problems that i mentioned they helped in fixing but only a little bit keep that in mind.
