cause ESFJ's can adapt to anyone and usually can remember anyone's personal life which is important cause everyone loves to be seen. I would say in school and college settings where there are lots of normies they are basically the best at socializing and being likeable. In other settings though yes they can be very annoying. ENFP's can be a bit too scatterbrained and hyperactive, they may be very likeable but i dont think they have good social skills imo. ESTP's are also cool and likeable but I think lots dislike them cause of high Se which can be too forceful, risk taking and impatient for a lot of people so I put them this low. ESFP's have high Se too but their Fi just makes them more likeable tbh. ESTP's can be too insensitive at times cause of Ti which normies hate.
I would put it this way too. INTPs tend to have absolutely bottom of the barrel social skills but at least most of them around stuck-up unlike INTJs
INTJ's could have a higher ceiling tbh cause of workrate so they could study people and read books but fundamentally they just hate people. INTP's are less likely to hate people they just are indifferent. I kinda agree INTJ's can be more socially competent but INTP's are more likeable tbh like you said so i put them higher since INTJ's just aren't socially competent enough to overcome the likeability difference.
i think if INTJ's become self aware and develop their fe they can become very likeable but only among some people of course
Interesting. Why would you put ISTJ at the bottom? Right now I'm not an expert at this stuff so I don't have a strong opinion about your list. It seems about right to me overall. I would maybe put the ESTP higher, because it's the typical jock personality that gets along well with most people. INTJ is definitely near the bottom. People either love or hate them, there is almost no in-between. Most people hate them.
ESTP could be higher tbh i just think among normies right now, they just dislike risk taking behaviour. ISTJ because they simply don't care enough to socialise and be likeable. This is cause they have polr Fe. They could easily study people and become good but overall they just don't care. I put them below INTJ's cause INTJ's could be more likeable if they tried. ISTJ's kinda struggle with likeability cause they lack Se and Ne so irl they would be kind of boring. Maybe in non intensive activities they could be likeable though of course.
Well said. I'd also add that many INTPs get better at socialising throughout their life because they have a need to be accepted by other people (Fe) so they naturally develop social skills toward that.
I see yeah being Fe dom with Si auxiliary seems like a powerhouse of getting people to like you then there's the Ne in the back keeping things original and interesting
