rant about eyecontact

i geniunely hate eye contact, mostly from girls but from some guys as well. when someone locks eyes with me it just gives me an awkward feeling and im never able to hold it for more than half asecond before looking away it kind of feels liike theyre gonna judge me afterwards. like yesterday this one girl i was talking to at one point looked at me and we made eye contact and its the first time in a while ive held eye contact with someone cus all i did was rot all summer and it was the scariest shit every it felt as if a fucking eagle was hawking me down. i mean that shit did stick thru my mind all next period but then the period after that i just doom scrolld on org off topic afterwards. lol. ok CONTINUING. also i made eye contact with this one girl who i used to be friends with before i decided to cut off all my female friends cus idek why i did that shit i was gonna cut off everyone for this one girl and that shit never happened and i just rotted all summer instead of being an actual pereson
