I doubt it, the era of expensive music videos is gone, even big artists make now occasionally low or no budget music videos, they just film themselves in their house singing for example.
Those girls were probably just fans, groupies, friends, relatives, etc. and weren't paid at all for this, they likely didn't spend a dime for this video - they used a friend's house, borrowed the recording equipment from another guy, etc.
