Is rape ethical? We observe rape behaviors is almost every mammals. If hypergamy and other mating strategies considered as "natural selection" then why rape is shamed? Isnt that another strategy for passing the genes? Some would say it damages the women's health and their mental health but my ultimate goal is to make as many children as i can so why i shouldn't rape bitches and consider their health? It is all hypothetical btw

it’s natural. don’t stress over it. don’t overthink it. just act on it.

modernity in general doesn’t reward raw strength and acting on such a thing anymore. it is natural, all mammals do it, modern humans just don’t practice it anymore because of societal man made rules. rape is natural selection, it weeds out the weak and the unwilling in the primal dance of survival and reproduction that shaped our species for millennia before laws and courts stepped in to sterilize everything.

Humans kinda aren't expected to act like primates

Your ultimate goal as a biological being is survive as much as you can and spread your genes as much as you can

Humans act like primates but claim that the dont
Like smarter ones yes

even when they're as morally decrepit as one they still tend to be more methodical about it than a mammal that goes solely on immediate hormonal imperatives

Humans have theory of mind, prefrontal executive control, and general moral cognition through culture.

Humans don't rape solely for reproductive purposes like animals either

Btw i did sum search and found that rape being shamed isnt even that old. After 1700s-1800s human body started becoming sacred and then raping, killing, hitting someone considered extremely immoral. Sure all of it still considered as a bad thing but it wasnt like today. In Venice, 50% of the Maids got raped. To jistorian horbert elias, in old times a noble man raping a villager or lower class woman wasnt considered that evil and bad. But rn raping someone is worse than killing someone. And it is what i am curious about. How society started to believe that. For me, its reason is genetic material started to be sacred after industrial revolution. Humanity behaves humans as much as their contribute to society. Before industrial revolution, your values largely were survival based. But after industrial revolution, surviving wasnt so hard so your set of values started to shift to mating based(genetic value).

And that is probably the reason why in firdt world countries like america etc feminine men starts to be preferred instead of masc men. Vice versa for third world countries.

Kinda true

Legal condemnation of rape is way older than just a few hundred years though, you got the hammurabi, ancient rome/greece, even medieval europe (although they weren't enforced much at all for other reasons and it was more of a "you defiled my property" thing than the modern consent shit.

Also there's like centuries of prior cultural revolution before 1700's that shared the sacred body notion like 12th century christianity
