Plenty of moggers have bad canthal tilt. Just max everything else out, grow the lashes and eyebrows (will take a while but worth it), uses volufiline on your under eyes and the fat around your brows so you have less uue, your sclera looks a little red but I'm not sure if that's a persistent problem, but you can use eye drops to brighten and clear the sclera.
