Hello, I am looking for serious advice about what the best path may be to losing ~8lbs a month / ~2lbs per week. More importantly, I want to know the best way to do it without seriously messing up my physical or mental health.

For context, I am 17 currently around 215lbs, and I am hoping to cut down to 150lbs. Right now, I have been eating around 1 meal a day, staying in about a 1000 deficit. I walk for about an hour in the early morning, and basically just sleep all day since my depression has gotten really really bad.

From tracking for the past week, I've lost around 3lbs, but I don't entirely know if what I am doing is sustainable. Main thing I'm looking for is an answer to the question of what's a sustainable way to drop weight quickly without destroying my health. I am completely approve of taking medicine to help with the process, but I'm not entirely sure what the side effects may be especially with how many pills for mental health I am already taking.

Right now I am taking - hydroxyzine, adderall (25mg daily), sertraline, bupropion, and doxycycline? (or some other oral pill for acne, not sure).

I'm also completely fine with just doing what I am doing now if it's OK and safe (since I know I'll stay consistent).

Note: I am 99% sure I'm done going through puberty.

go on a 500 calorie deficit and you will lose those 65 lbs in maybe 7 months if you do everything by the book, eat 1.6g protein per kg and go to the gym (i know it might seem hard but whenever u feel better go gym)
or just hop on dnp
