He doesn't look high class. High class, amongst whites at least, is generally ugly, as it has more signs of inbreeding. They may have good frames, as they are from good stock, but similarly low class types can have good frame as they are from criminal or manual labour stock.
Take a look at actual high class people, where such a thing exists, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, France, and it shows.

In deathnicks it's different, high class generally are better looking due to caste and selective breeding, plus being descended from conquerers in the case of North India, plus following a different diet to mainstream curries for 1400 years. In North India it generally ranks as 2nd class (Warriors) are best looking (look very Aryan), 1st class (Priests) come next (fair skin, but weaker featured), then 3rd and 4th.

The whole high class thing is a cope either way, being high or low class looking doesn´t mean higher or lower aesthetic value, most high class people in Europe weren´t known for beauty.
