Rarity of single digit body fat %

You should first focus on being sub 10% bf than trying to fix your obscure facial ratios like ipd or nose to mouth ratio
being rare is automatically a halo and when you are single digit bf the fat is gone and all you see is bone and even if its recessed it hits different than fat looking straight at someone's true skull will always be much more attractive than fat covering a good bone structure

im telling you i wasted my 1-2 years of looksmaxxing chasing facial ratios when 99% of you reading this all you need is to be sub 10% bf get those six pack abs and yes its difficult btw anyone telling you its easy has never done a true cut before but keep at it you gotta pay the price
Terrible advice for those of us who naturally lack soft tissue distribution underneath the fat. I can personally go down to maximum 10-11% before starting to look like a corpse.
 
can't wait to finally get under 12 percent after over 2 years on the bulk 🙏

serious question cause id be like 155 at 10% bf if I cut now and im 6'4 so it would be like the same as u, does you look anorexic or anything?

I'm skinny but not really anorexic. I got ozempic allegations after I dropped 25 lbs in a month but I think that's js because I lost weight fast. 6'4 155 is still a healthy BMI so you'd be pretty skinny but I wouldnt say anorexic looking

okay okay thankyou, also to drop the 25lbs in a month what did u do and was it mostly fat? id need to drop around 20ish lbs too

I starvemaxxed but wouldn't recommend it. just do a slight deficit like 500 cals or sum. I lost size but Idk if it was less fat and glycogen making me look smaller or if I lost muscle. my strength stayed pretty steady throughout it tho
