Rashes/spots on testosterone

have any of you encountered like a minor rash/culmination of faint blanching red dots under the skin whilst on supraphysiological levels of testosterone?

i only have it on my arm, and i don’t even inject there— i inject ventrogluteally— so it’s weird

it could also js be unrelated but i’m not seeing a doctor cause it doesn’t hurt its just ugly

When i first started out pinning i had pretty frequent rashes, but they subsided later on.
