I gotta accept that ill be looksminned for another year. I cant take surgeries as long as the accutane is active and even after it stops i need to wait 6 months. So my head is exploding rn + dry ass skin with all the other side affects. And that is just a couple flaws brutal

Yep, skipping school for 2 years will screw you over. I can tell from experience (I basically skipped for almost 10 years). I would suggest getting main surgeries this year if you are planning on them and then go to college the next year.

Imo you would have to stop not right before but couple months before or run the risk and just YOLO it all because "prime is short anyways" mindset

I know it is. Im going the filler route im researching rn cuz i think i can actually get it while on accutane. My thoughts and dreams are getting too intense nowadays idk wtf is happening. I have to get my social stuff back

I regret not going to college earlier. At my age, I should already have a degree but instead I have the schedule of a school-goer which is not good at my age. If I had a job, I could rot all I wanted and only work when necessary. Right now I don't have that privilege. So take my advice and go to college ASAP.
