i did nothing tbh, i just use sunscreen and go gym and try to balance a bad diet with a good one.

I did some soft maxxes and a lot of things to increase test

I eat a lot of shit but I also try to add some fruits sometimes or red meat and all the natural shi

yeah your proabaly done growing but your above average atleast if i were you if work on everything I got and youd ascend more

i did not grow in 2 years, I will get a x ray soon to see. what softmaxxes would u recommend based on my face/body
