Ye ngl this is the worse before and after video ive ever seen. more demotivating than motivational tbh

For context, first 5 months i was training hard sticking to a PPL split and i tried to eat a lot.
Then i became homeless and was eating fuck all but still training hard for about half a month.
Then i started leeching off a girl from tinder for 1 month and i was eating well and training hard (still PPL).
Then i left her and moved in with another girl for 6-7 months. This is when everything fell apart lmfao was maybe going in once or twice a week, no more PPL, was missing legs altogether and my pull days were piss takes and i tried hard at push day yet my chest is still lacking. I was eating junk food, fast food, etc but not even in large quantities so it wasnt as if i was gaining weight lmfao.
