Realistically yes, surgery is the only way to fix it. You can try AAS during development but there's simply nothing like surgery.

Yes, maybe I have a bad side profile, but people really like my face overall. I get a lot of compliments. Also, I’ll need to widen my jaw and get braces in the future, so maybe that’s part of the reason.
