Diet... might ascend you and chill out with gymmaxxing. I didn't grow age 14 to 17. Shit sleep and stress.
Then in summer (had to stop gym cause of injury) I slept 11 to 14h a day and drank a gallon of raw milk a day, chilled in the sun. Grew an inch at 17yo.

Just saying: dont fuck up your puberty by stressig and not sleeping
