basically grow your hair out so that it partially covers your ears, also you want the hair on the back of your head to be visible from the front. some kind of a messy flow/surfer middle part is always the best because it hides facial assymetry - yes the men in the pictures are attractive, but this hairstyle also helps with appeal because as i said it hides assymetries and it just looks sexy itself. it is kind of annoying to style sometimes but once you get it it looks good. good luck bhai
