Your maxilla is kinda recessed and and lower jaw is kinda recessed but you got good potential. If you really wanted to be serious about your looks then you need a bimax. Your chin andlower jaw also needs to be widened because its very narrow.

Yea i got a pretty narrow palate my dentist tells me if i want to get braces i would have to remove my premolars but i think it would make me look a lot more recessed should i get a marpe or something, she also tells me that if i dont pull them, i would have an afterbite after which seems kind of weird. Opinion?
