Easy looksmax train ur neck don’t use weights or anything of the sort js lay down on all the major axes of ur body (should be 4)and move neck up and down flexed to straight, repeat until you can’t.
Style ur hair such that it leans aggressive rather than soft and smooth(it doesn’t mesh with ur facial features as well as it should at present time) ; either warrior cut or make it textured but certainly not a smooth side part.
Everything else is good you js need to grow up a bit, maybe fashionmax(more shi will look good on you after you train ur neck, long thin neck is a crazy looksmin trust me).

it doesnt look that bad in person, also that was because i was using tazarotene 0.1 after adapalene, so from the mildest acne treatment to the final boss and using it twice a day, now my skin is good w taz
