LMTN attach a proper side profile so I can assess ur failos, for bad chin to philtrum tho you need genio also lightly colored lips use lycopene for that, bulbous nose aswell

genio increases chin height my chin to philtrum is like 2.7 so its too big anything i can do for bulbous nose
