Ik my maxilla and infras are fucked but would appreciate a rate and any tips to improve my overall facial appearance thanks. Currently on reta, mt2 and 400 test but idfk I may decide to add hgh 8iu daily. From side looks like I have overbite but my orthodontist fixed that whilst recessing my maxilla I think

also 5'8 as you can tell. but yeah it's different for ltns. ig praying to gandy worked out for me. maybe you should give it a try
