Am I recessed to the point that I might need DJS when i turn 18? Money aint a problem so i would like some recomendations too about orthodontics and maybe surgery when im older, my bone age might be around 15 cuz my teeth ended falling at 14, also im 5’8.5

Nose, lips, and chin are your biggest flaws, rhino and filler would do you very well. I wouldn’t really worry about recession it looks fine to me.

ok thanks, my lower lips dont have support because of my teeth, my nose may get a bit better with puberty and also im gonna start use a corticosteroid to slim it, how do i fix my chin tho, dont i need mandible projection

I would talk to an orthodontist about your teeth, you’ll probably need braces. A chin implant for filler would fix your chin but it’s not too bad.

I alr have the quote for the braces, but i was thinking about asking for marpe and bamp for a wider a more projected maxilla,, wider zygos and better infras, u think that u should only take the braces or ask for that?

Do you have breathing issues or a crossbite? Cause if not you might have trouble getting approved for marpe. I’m not too familiar with bamp but wouldn’t you need and underbite or recessed maxilla? Cause from the picture you look fine, if anything it looks like a slight overbite.

Nose is biggest flaw, too large. chin needs some filler to be more projected, ideally the same length as projected your nose is I see potential.

i have a slight overbute due to my lower teeth being a bit bent over to the inside of my mouth, what themn takes support from my lips and my lower lips get recessed, also i dont got breathing issues

I have the same thing with my lower teeth and I got braces to fix it. If you don’t have a crossbite or breathing issues you probably won’t be able to get approved for marpe, but you look fine and I would worry about it.

Nah your a solid mtn, the lips can look pretty weird since one is so much father back than the other. But if you grow out your hair, clear your skin, and fix your lips you’ll ascend a lot. Plus a rhino, filler or implants down the road will help a lot and you’ll look great.

im on tazarotene 0.1 for skin and the lips are the easiest fix, normal braces will do, but yeah thanks my bro, if u need any help on tips flaws etc lemme know

ur upper third isnt lacking, u cant get marpe for that, ur mandible is shit get double jaw srgy or implants
