For your jaw you'll probably need surgery, it's recessed, ur maxilla is fucked. Not really much you can softmax. But you could probably do well clearing your skin, start a skincare routine with cleanser, moisturizer, exfoliant, cut junk food sugar and eat carrots, cucumber etc, hit the gym to gain muscle.
