How Over Is It?

Will i be able to be fully covered by insurance for a bimax and rhinoplasty. I wrote my issues down below.
Does my nose looks like shit due to genetics or just my maxilla being so recessed?
Do i need a djs or just a lefort 1? Is the rhino necessarily or would the lefort make it better?

-Using Invisalign and rubber bands currently
-Class 3 underbite
-Sleep apnea (sleep study soon)
-Trouble breathing
-Loud snoring
-Deviated Septum
-Recessed maxilla

My palate is already wide so idk if marpe would be necessary. I had a palate expander as a kid.

yes definitely, I'm likely getting the same two surgeries covered and I don't snore (and sleep study showed nothing was wrong)

Bro elastics are not ideal, they pull lower jaw back and elongate the face as a result, giving you CW rotation. It’s way better to use a reverse pull headgear, which pulls the maxilla forward. Honestly you aren’t fucked bro idk why people exaggerate ratings so much here. First off you’re 5’11 which is tall, especially since you’re 16 and you can get to 6’ easily with diet and fraud to 6’1-6’2. Also you don’t look bad, maybe your underbite makes you look slightly below average but it’s not over, malocclusions are easily fixed nowadays. Also if you don’t have a brain dead ortho and protract the maxilla you won’t need rhino, as the alveolar bone goes forward and the nose tip naturally follows.

Thank you for a real response. In terms of the elastics, should I just stop wearing them as a whole? What would i tell my ortho? Is there any alternatives to headgear because it really does look pretty dumb.

For clarification: I’m not an ortho but I’m very passionate about this stuff and try to document myself adequately.
I did some research: normal orthodontic elastics, the ones anchored to the braces, elongate the face cause they pull and rotate the lower jaw backwards, causing clockwise rotation. Unideal. Facemask is slightly better as it doesn’t push on the teeth as much but move bone in the more natural way, it elongates less, BUT, it still does push down and forwards. You could configure it to push up and forwards but you might not be able to guide the maxilla to its ideal position. The best option is bone anchored elastics. You would need surgery but it’s 100% the best option, you get temporary anchorage devices and the elastics pull just the maxilla bone forward, without elongating the face. That is the best option. That said, it probably won’t be dramatic with elastics don’t worry. There’s just a better way of doing it. P.s. I’m not an ortho so do your own research to confirm this
