idk if that works but I’m very confident my front is better than my side or 3/4. I’m 16 still growing I lowk started puberty late. Alr grew an inch this summer and I got a short ass torso rlly long legs and arms even tho im viet(notorious for long ass torsos) so I’d say I’ll prolly hit 5’9-5’10 like for sure

Ok I’m bored rn so I’ll give u a longer answer.

First what you can/should do naturally to increase hgh, and therefore igf-1 leading to height and bone growth

Sleep at least 8-9 hours a day, always at the same time.

Don’t eat anything 2 hours before sleep - Spiked insulin hinders hgh secretion

Do intermittent fasting - eat for 8 hours and fast for 16 every day. For example eat from 12- until 8pm then fast.

Do HIIT training (sprints with short rest periods) and resistance training. Boosts hgh secretion as well

Eat in a slight caloric surplus and definitely get enough protein

Take supplements like:

Calcium - you were right ab that one but it’s not enough

Vitamin D - Helps Calcium Absorption

Magnesium - Supports bone formation and Vitamin D metabolism

Vitamin K2 (make sure it’s MK-7) - Directs Calcium to bones - otherwise more would go to your arteries which is rly bad

Collagen (Type I) - an important protein in bone matrix - supports bone strength

Boron - supports bone metabolism and helps regulate calcium, magnesium and vitamin D

Strontium -may increase bone density

Omega 3 - anti inflammatory effects - so may battle bone loss


Downside to this is it’s rly a lot of effort, expensive and it won’t suddenly give you insane bone mass. But it’ll definitely help maximize your potential, especially if you’re not 18 yet.

Now about ped‘s
First of all I want to start this of by saying:
Unfortunately and despite what most people here say - ped‘s, testosterone, hgh, peptides, sarms etc. are kinda cope/bad for when you’re under 18 especially because of height growth. I’ll talk about that more in a sec
Soo there are two major things you can boost to increase bone mass:
Testosterone and igf-1
I wouldn’t rec testosterone if you still want to grow as it’ll be metabolised into estrogen causing your growth plates to close prematurely.
You could take an Aromatose Inhibitor but that’s rly rly dangerous and wouldn’t rec.
But if you want to do it do this:

Go to the doctor and tell them you wanna see if your growth plates are still open. Then look at how much they’ve closed alr. If they are still completely open you’re good to go. Also get your bloodwork done, bc of whatever - you feel tired, moody etc. (just google symptoms of high estrogen/ low testosterone etc.)
The goal is to get it for free but if you can’t you’ll have to pay yourself (about 25 per test per hormone)
Estrogen is the main hormone that causes growth plate fusion - so the goal is to keep it low. Lifestyle or DIM or aromatose inhibitor (very dangerous)
Get your estrogen levels checked a lot while on anything that boosts testosterone. If they rise take an AI. But! Communicate openly with your doctor and do it under his guidance. Don’t reduce your estrogen too much. It’ll turn your bones brittle and yourself stupid haha (not even a joke it’s true)

You can’t always also just wait until your growth plates are closed - but you won’t get any growth longitudinally anymore - so no better ramus maxilla etc. But more mass overall so better cheekbones, jaw, brow ridge

Second possibility: increase igf-1
You could take plain hgh but that’s expensive depending on where you live. Other options would be Peptides like IGF1-LR3 CJC-1295 dac and Ipamorelin etc. Some also take Ibutamoren (aka MK-677) bc it’s a pill. Wouldn’t rly rec if you dont mind injecting but if you do it’s an option.

All of these will either boost hgh and therefore igf-1 or just igf-1 directly. That will cause your bones to grow and will also make you grow taller. But it’ll take at least 4 months to see serious results.
BUT actually there’s still the problem of growth plates closing prematurely
Estrogen is the main hormone that causes growth plate fusion - but igf-1 plays a secondary role too (you can’t rly do anything ab that just pray and focus on estrogen haha)
Not as bad as with testosterone increasing substances but there’s a chance.
So how to combat that:

Take a lower dose

Cycle

Reduce your estrogen - this is again really dangerous and should never be done without blood work and consulting a doctor



Then take whatever you’re most comfortable with - for example a lot of people like to combine CJC-1295 dac with Ipamorelin. Or Ibutamoren if you really can’t inject/ refrigerate your Peptides.

Do the same thing as talked ab before - so blood work and look if your growth plates are still open

Do a 4 week cycle then get another blood test and xray. Cycle 2 weeks of then repeat the process always keeping an eye on your growth plates and estrogen levels.

The problem is: it’s kind of a gamble if it really gets you anywhere or not height wise. But by taking these tests regularly you can minimize the risk of botching your height growth and your facial bone mass is gonna increase significantly.

So conclusion:

I know these things prob not what you want to hear and have heard so far on this forum. There are just so many copers, people that have no idea what they’re talking about and trolls that make ped’s etc look safe or even a good idea for under 18 year olds and height growth which they are not unfortunately.

But by doing what I told you, you can increase bone mass and if done correctly and carefully- while consulting a doctor - it will even grow your facial bone longitudinally - giving you even more facial depth and may even make you grow taller.

Yeah sry that it’s not that easy but I didn’t want to tell you a cope method that’s gonna ruin your life and botch your height
