But your mouth to nose ratio is small you could get mouth widening surgery other than that I'm not sure

Tbh my nose is small too , the ratio is not that bad , yeah the lips are narrow

midface is still too long, not necessarily bad tho. even if ur ipd isnt cooked there is still something about your eyes that cook you. u have almond eyes and a decent amount of other good features. masculine jaw, decent zygos(i think), positive canthal tilt, good chin.
sadly though you mouth is too small, lower lip is too big, philtrum is also too long.
all in all youve got decent features and your midface is striking (not in a bad way), youre probably hltn at worst, but could be mmtn. reason for this big difference is preference. some females is gonna find you attractive, others not so much. its the curse of a striking face without the godtier model features to save you.
also its kinda hard to rate without a side profile

Thanks mate , im gonna try minoxidil for better lashes and hydrocortisone for my nose because is not big but it looks so fat , i am gonna fix my nose and maybe in future some surgeries to get my lips wider . Do u think I can get to hmtn ? If I do all this things . Of course also getting leaner , i am 17 percent bodyfat .

Post another pic without that wack ass lighting, how do you expect ppl to rate you when you only have one cherry picked picture that looks like your wearing a full face of foundation.
