grazie bro , si ho un filtro di tiktok ma letteralmente cambia solo la luce , sono al 20 percento di bodyfat al momento , provero a scendere al 12 percento .

Anche io ero sul 20% di bf poi verso i 18/19 sono sceso circa al 12% ed è stato molto meglio
