why not

your face is already highly dimorphic and the side effects from any hormones would not be worthwhile

any dimorphism you need you will gain going into your early 20's

as far as looksmaxxing goes you can dye your eyebrows a shade darker, dye your eyelashes black, grow your hair out, lip lift

you are not a 'lmtn' you are far above average, it will be much more worthwhile to get socializing and enjoy your life since most looksmaxxing endeavors will be a waste of time since you dont have any 1 area that needs serious improvement
