Just being honest bro, everyone thinks the same when they seem him. He needs to start health maxing. A stronger diet and start exercising. After this he can start doing softmaxxes. He looks deprived from all vitamins and minerals, if he wouldn’t say 16 I would be guessed late 20s

Everyone does, work hard and you’ll get there. Take beta carotene and sit in the sun, start lifting and eat more, stick to a strong Whole Foods diet
