I’m going to be doing the exact same thing soon as well
Eyebrows are a great colour already I’d keep them you look like you have light coloured eyes like a blueish/grey which the darker hair would help contrast make them pop more so I’d say go for it if not hair dye isn’t permanent you can change it back
Just ensure that your eyebrows are usually 1-2 shades darker than whatever you decide to dye your hair
