Ngl you dont have one big failo but like a lot of micro failos

Rhyno, jaw implants, canthoplasty, etc… but i think it wouldnt be worth it in the end

By the time that you have done all surgeries youll have wated 100k to increase your PSL by like 0,5

And i didnt even took the risk of failure of just one of the dozen surgeries youll have to do (which easily would be able to put you at subhuman level
