get extremely lean and have subtle not huge hollow cheeks
get wavy hair
get more lashes and double eyelid surgery.
get a rhino to fix tip and get a nasal bridge.
max out lips redness and get some lip fillers, and jaw fillers.
Get a decent but not huge body.
And style and personnality max.
That's literally all you can do. You can thank me later.

Looks don't matter as much as a teen than it does when you're an adult. It's the best time of your life.
To put into perspective i was even uglier than you in HS but i still had decent appeal.
