Bonus ramblings:
Recently ive been eating massive breakfasts and i just feel 10x better!
Firstly, I eat 2 raw carrots in the morning while i cook. Then i cook 3 eggs, a tomato, some mushrooms, and beans. Fucking delicious. Lastly, i make porridge (with water, not milk) if i have extra time. My plans are to wake up at 6-7am everyday so im not late... ive been prioritising breakfast over school lol. To reach school, i have to cycle every morning which takes about 15-20 mins (30-40 mins total) which is healthy for multiple reasons. Later, i plan to join the gym with a few friends. I feel great recently!
