Your lips too tbh, hop on roids cause you should still be in puberty. Androgens significantly grow your facial bones in puberty, as long as you don’t have any issues with your bite like an over bite or anything, you should be okay. Or you could just try and expand your palate if it’s narrow but I don’t know if that would do you any good tbh
