Honestly dude, I had recently started switching to an all out raw meat and fruit diet around a month ago. Before that I had been eating rare cooked meat and raw liver and drinking raw milk all the time. I am grateful I made that transition not only did it save me it gave me clear skin, lesser body fat, I feel really good from everything I eat

just get ur daily vitamins and minerals and don’t consume bad foods.
I got clear skin from collagen supplements and eating slightly healthier from awful acne
