your neck is fine, just keep working out. I dont know if any softmaxxes work for you, you've probably reached your natural limit or close to it. your skin seems clear enough in some photos, so I dont think you have an acne problem its just regular pimples and shit.

I never advise on surgery unless its needed, you obviously dont need any kind of surgery, you look pretty good man

softmaxxing just means taking care of your body and health in general (hygiene, workout, clothing, life etc.). its taking control of the things that you can take control off, its obvious you take care of yourself even if its second nature rather than something you actively do

this is you being insecure, some people have beautiful eyes, some people don't. you have pretty average eyes which in retrospect considering everything else is absolutely ok, iam not just feeding your ego or just trying to get you to stop thinking of surgery, Iam just being real, you look good. You don't need to do anything else other than improve your cognitive skill and other small stuff in your life, your looks are already above average

I have to make it clear though, you can ask and learn about all of the hardmaxxes that you can do and I actually advice on doing so, because the more you learn and understand the clearer you'll start to think, but I don't think any of them are necessary at all
