mmtn. You're chin to philtrum ratio could be better, as could your canthal tilt and you appear to have nasal labial folds or something on your face. You're bigonial width could also improve.

That being said your features are amazing + pretty good harmony

Hard to say. I don’t think so although I’ve seen it been done. You’d have to do hella research but I’m 90% sure it leads to androgens
