Crazy potential fs. You've already got the height, so now it's just about putting on more muscle mass. Whether you do it naturally or not is up to you. also grow the hair out. Your facial features still look pretty soft, so adding muscle and getting down to a really low body-fat percentage could drastically change your appearance
