You have upper maxillary deficiency which is why you have weak infraorbitals and an ugly nose, realistically you're not getting a high cut / lefort 2 for that so yes get rhino but avoid fillers and silicone / fat for your undereyes, just get hard implants made from peek/pekk/titanium

Due to your bad infra if you get a soft tissue procedure done it will look bad and relapse will occur due to the constant grsvitational pull cuz no bony support, you always have to address your skull before doing softmaxxing.
