Dye the eyebrows and lashes and grow them out (minoxidil for brows, bimatoprost for lashes). Your ipd and alar base nerfs you, could look into rhinoplasty in the future. solid mtn, also great physique

fix coloring (dye brows and hair) and upper lip could be fuller, remove moles with C02 laser, get a little bit leaner and ur done
