no hate bro but u look pretty bad rn u should definitely get rid of the hair or do something with it so you can show your face. if u are not going to the gym do it it will help a lot just cut down the body fat with a calorie deficit you can use cronometer or my fitness pal and just start lifting man honestly u might have some potential just reply if u got any questions
