lmtn-mtn in my opinion. One thing I’d tell you to improve is actually learning how to take a proper picture. The camera should be eye level or above and one arm’s lenght away from the face. That would help with giving you a more accurate rating, at least for me. Physique looks nice though, good work.

How do I debloat? I drink lots of water and avoid salt. Trust me if I eat pizza and don’t drink water I look more bloated than this. Can it just be my fat placement?

Puberty might be done or close to done, but you're face will still change a bit with age (especially the face fat). Aside from obv lean maxxing, just increasing your total lean mass (muscle) will genuinely lean you out as the fat "distributes" across your body.
