none, ig i just had it in me i did do masseter training, chin tucks, lost a ton of weight, got my skin in shape along with my body, cleared my diet, started boxing at 18 along with gym and took alot of supplements and ate at a high protein diet
its not an actual rating just how i feel, i obviously take the ratings people give me more seriously as its more unbiased than my oen opinionDude you just rated yourself

when did you start training masseters? was puberty over for u in other regards? 21, might be too late idk
im gonna be completely honest mostly i think i had underlying potential but i know i did save myself somewhat, heavy weight training helps with facial aesthetics i started doing that along with boxing because jogging or low effort cardio only burns carb cals and hyper explosive burns fat, boxing is mostly cardio and i liked it, i ate at a strict diet getting 2.2g of protein per kg of bw, i always practiced right posture and kept my tongue at the roof of my mouth, i did masseter training, chin tucks, some neck training that im still working on, slept really well, went hyper lean im at 10% bf and some other misc like taking vitamins and tretinoin for skin along with a whole lot of caffeine and waterMirin
mid 19, age doesnt matter tho the masseter is a muscle like any other, micro tears build it up, easiest way is to chew on a towel untill u feel like it has been worked out and repeat couple of times per week
